New Feature!

Here is where I get to share a secret that is not so secret at all... I am a writer! I have spent a great deal of my time throughout the years immersed in the writer's life. I have a BA in Creative Writing from Antioch College, and have completed graduate work in Creative Writing in multiple genres... and I am thrilled to embark on this new endeavor of bringing together my greatest passions- writing and holistic wellness- in this new blog feature. I do hope you will stay tuned for all that is coming.
